Service Description

Provides support services and case management for children and adults of all ages with varying abilities. Services include:

  • Information and Advocacy
    • Navigating government systems and programs
    • Accessing community resources
    • Education and Training
    • Community Awareness
  • Person-Centered Planning
    • Goal setting, planning, counselling
    • Youth and adult transition planning
    • Respite and mentorship support and more
  • Inclusive Social Programming
    • Dances
    • Youth and adult social programs
    • Adult activity and drop-in programming
    • Summer recreation and respite programming.


Individuals, families, and caregivers that require various supports to have needs met.

Application Process

An individual or family member can fill out a referral and consent form available at the CISS office, or referrals can be made through a community agency, school or service provider with permission by the family.
