Service Description
Provides an opportunity for children and young adults to access community programs, events and activities that are presently offered in the city of Humboldt and surrounding area. Provides the opportunity for participants to socialize and interact with others while affording caregivers respite time.
Eligibility
Youth 5 - 18 years of age. Targeted for those with disabilities, challenges, barriers, or at-risk youth.
Application Process
Program Coordinator determines the needs of each child and family in consultation with the family. Contact for details.
