Provides free flights, accommodation, airport ground transportation and meal vouchers for families and individuals in financial need who must travel for medical care. Visit the website for more information.
NOTE: Hope Air is not an air ambulance service. Individuals must be able to sit in a regular passenger seat on a commercial aircraft.
Eligibility
To be eligible for assistance: 1. You must have a confirmed appointment requiring you to travel. 2. Your medical treatment is covered under your provincial health plan. 3. You are in financial need and able to provide your total household income for the past 12 months.
