Child Care

A licensed child care home that provides care and supervision for up to 12 children between the ages of birth and thirteen years. Operated in the provider’s private residence. Child care provider is fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu languages.

Children with diverse needs welcomed. Provides a setting that encourages learning and play while incorporating kids with diverse needs and other kids as well.

• Aim to aid in children’s development to foster a cozy and caring atmosphere.
• Children should feel safe and secure as well as treated like unique individuals.
• Provide a range of experiences and activities that promote language growth, critical thinking, and decision-making.
• Firmly think that play and observing their surroundings helps kids learn the most.
• Instill in the kids virtues like integrity, compassion, accountability, inclusivity, and independence.
• Will aim to provide a good communicative environment in which children can easily communicate with each other in a meaningful way.

Programs and Activities

• Planned excursions include taking children outside for nature walks or play in backyard and/or neighbourhood park.
• Active/quiet play will be incorporated and encouraged.
• Individual/group activities will be incorporated and encouraged.
• Indoor/outdoor activities will be incorporated and encouraged.
• Structured/free choice activities will be incorporated and encouraged.

Nutrition

• Morning snack, Lunch, Afternoon snack.
• Strictly adheres to Government of Saskatchewan nutritional guidelines and the Canada Food Guide to provide kids with healthy and nutritional options at all times.
