Service Description
A licensed child care home that provides care and supervision for up to eight children between the ages of six months and 12 years. Operated in the provider’s private residence. Child Care Subsidy accepted.

Philosophy

- Recognizes the importance of play, exploration, and hands-on experiences for optimal learning
- Aims to create a safe and homelike atmosphere, fostering independence, social skills, and personal responsibility while acknowledging each child’s individual pace of development through developmentally appropriate activities and collaboration with parents
Programs and Activities
- Circle time activities (circle time, group talk, story time, crafts, music, art, etc)
- Individual group activities for different age groups
- Outdoor play
- Small group activities (arts and crafts, colouring, group games)
- Special excursions
Nutrition
- Provides well-balanced meals and snacks that meet children’s nutritional needs
- Offers a variety of foods including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and proteins
- Parents/guardians will provide formula or breast milk for infants until they are ready for the food consumed at daycare
- It is the parent’s/guardian’s responsibility to notify if a child has allergies or a special diet – will try to plan to accommodate dietary restrictions, but parents/guardians may be asked to provide food for the child

Fees
Infant/Toddler/Preschool (Before 6th birthday): Full-time Parent Fees (10+ days per month) $217.50 per month, Daily Parent Fees (9 or less days per month) $10.
Preschool (Month after 6th birthday): Full-time Parent Fees (10+ days per month) $750 per month, Daily Parent Fees (9 or less days per month) $52.50.
School Age (Grade 1 +): Before and After School/Professional Development Days $400 per month, full-time Summer $600 per month, Daily $40.
Child Care Subsidy accepted.
