Service Description
Provides a 24/7 supported living environment for four individuals who require specialized housing supports. Offers supervision and personal care in a safe, supportive and respectful environment.
Eligibility
Individuals with a disability who require residential supports.
Application Process
Applications for admission can be made to Humboldt and District Community Services through your Community Services Worker (CLSD).
