Service Description
Provides official record of high school completion (Transcript of Secondary Level Achievement). Students wanting a copy of their high school transcript or Adult 12 transcript must order online. Visit the website for more information.
Eligibility
Individuals who have completed a Saskatchewan high school course. Parents or guardians may access transcripts if the student is less than 18 years of age.
Application Process
Complete and submit the online request form. Detailed instructions available online.
Fees
There is a non-refundable $25.00 search and process fee for a transcript request of five or fewer transcripts sent directly to the student. Further details available online.
