Service Description
Provides official record of high school completion (Transcript of Secondary Level Achievement). Students wanting a copy of their high school transcript or Adult 12 transcript must order online. Only marks from grades 10, 11, and 12 are available from the Ministry of Education. If interested in grade 9 marks, contact your school or school division.
High school and Adult 12 transcripts are requested online through the website for a non-refundable fee of $15.
Eligibility
Anyone who has completed a Saskatchewan high school course.

High School and Adult 12 Transcripts can be requested online.
Fees
There is a non-refundable $15 "share credit" fee per recipient. Secure online payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and debit cards that have a three or four digit CVC number on the back of the card.
