Service Description

Teaches people living with mental illness the art of stand up comedy writing and performance. Offers people living with mental illness an opportunity to express themselves in a safe and creative environment.  Also works with people without an illness so they can work hand in hand with those who are ill as a way to break down stigma.

  • Students participate in comedy writing classes taught by Humber College School of Comedy Writing and Performance graduate, comedian Ian Andrew Morrison. Students develop their own stand-up comedy routine.
  • Applicants are welcome year-round.
