Service Description

A community garden with plots available for citizens to rent.

Garden and orchard guidelines available online.

Eligibility

Adult residents of Regina with a membership being confirmed through the rental of a garden plot and/or orchard plot. Garden plots are allotted on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Priority given according to the following order:
-Returning gardeners who sign up and pay their fees by March 31 of each year
-Individuals without a garden at home
-Individuals with special needs
-Requests for smaller plots or those sharing a plot
-All other requests
-Lakeview area residents.

Application Process

Application forms (available online) must be printed, filled, and submitted by mail, including payment.

Fees

Membership - Five garden plot sizes available, ranging from $10 to $78 per year.

Hours of Operation

Gardens are run May - October.
Closed over the winter months.
