Service Description
Provides a number of group programs to schools, organizations or interest groups. Staff will travel within a 200 km radius. All groups are free of charge. Standard groups run six to eight weeks, however, facilitators are open to other opportunities to best fit the needs of the participants.
Available Group Programs
- Adult Coffee Program
- Adult Life Enhancement Program
- Anger Resolution Program
- Boys Empowerment Program
- Girls Empowerment Program
- Mindfully Moving and Trauma-Informed Yoga.
Optional Session Topics may include grief and loss, communication, friendships, compassion, relationships and dating, consent, 2SLGBTQIA+ community, anger resolution, bullying, self-esteem, movement, mindfulness, coping skills, sexual harassment and reconnection.
