Child Care

A licensed child care home that provides care and supervision for up to 12 children between the ages of six months and 12 years. Operated in the provider’s private residence. 

Philosophy

• Daycare is based on providing a healthy and safe environment where children can grow and learn in a responsive environment. 
• Goal is to provide a place where children can engage in group and individual activities, indoor/outdoor play, and quiet play that respects their dignity and allows them to grow in a safe environment.
• Works with children, according to their age level, to promote independence to ensure they are developing appropriately according to their age.
• Wants to help children increase their confidence in a holistic manner.

Programs and Activities

• Arts and crafts three times per week.
• Circle time twice per day where they sing songs and read books. 
• Outdoor time every day depending on the weather.
• Relaxing exercises every day.

Nutrition

• Provides a healthy and balanced diet approved by the ministry.
• Accommodates kids with minor food allergies.
• Proper hygienic procedures are always followed, such as proper hand washing before and after meals.
