Service Description
A licensed child care home that provides care and supervision for up to 12 children between the ages of 18 months and eight years. Operated in the provider’s private residence. Child care provider is fluent in English, Urdu and Punjabi languages. Child Care Subsidy accepted.
Philosophy:
- Believe that each child has a unique personality and need to operate with them on their level. Do not believe in dictating to a child what they should and shouldn’t do. Instead, believe in setting healthy boundaries with children. Helps them practice autonomy, while helping them understand the consequences of their actions.
Programs/Activities:
- Art, craft, drawing, puzzles, activities for different days through the year, outdoor activities according to weather, activities to increase the thinking level of children, and much more.
Nutrition:
- Canada Food Guidelines are followed.
Eligibility
Children between the ages of 18 months and eight years.
Application Process
Need to contact the daycare to ask about a vacancy. If there is no vacancy available, your information will be taken and called back once vacancy is available.
Fees
Full-time: Infant $917/month, Toddler $866 per month, Preschool $763/month, School-age $645 per month.
Parents pay $217.50 per month subsidized fee for all age groups. There is no subsidy for children over six years of age.
