Service Description
Provides case management and rehabilitation services for clients experiencing early onset psychosis or severe and persistent mental illness with or without co-occuring addictions. Services include:
- Assistance with residential needs
- Family education and support
- Medication management
- Support with daily living skills and financial services.
Rural residents may access Regina-based programs that are not available in the rural areas through one of the rural mental health workers.
Eligibility
Adults 18 years of age or older with a long-term serious mental illness.
