Service Description
***Proof of double vaccination is required to enter and participate in any programming.
Builds confidence and competencies by teaching important skills such as:
- taking the bus
- shopping for, preparing, and safely storing food
- using household appliances
- maintaining a clean, safe home
- budgeting
- laundry
- accessing community services.
Eligibility
Government Assisted Refugees (GARs).
Application Process
Entry into this program is only through a referral process from the Saskatoon Open Door Society.
Documents Required
Immigration documents including Permanent Resident Card, or proof of Permanent Residency and passport.
