Provides free services that helps newcomers learn how to use library services to improve their English including:

  • Heritage language resources
  • English language instruction
  • Citizenship
  • Online group tutoring
  • One-to-one EAL tutoring
  • IELTS preparation

Must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Regina.

Contact to register with Literacy Services for the first time.
