Service Description
Complaints about funeral and cremation services can be submitted in writing to the Funeral and Cremation Services Council of Saskatchewan.

Complaints are evaluated by the Assistant Registrar/Compliance Officer, who may make additional enquiries.

If there appears to be a contravention of the Act, Regulations or Bylaws, a recommendation is made to refer the matter to an Investigation Committee.

The Investigation Committee may make additional enquiries and may recommend either no further action or may recommend the matter be heard before a Discipline Committee.
Application Process
Complete the Comment Submission Form to submit a complaint. When the complaint is received, the complainant will be sent an acknowledgement.
