Service Description
Program that connects people living with dementia and their families to information, education, and support services as early as possible and throughout the progression of the disease. First Link Programs are located in Saskatoon and Regina.

Eligibility
No formal diagnosis of dementia is required.
Application Process
People affected by dementia can self-refer to this organization and have the same access to programs and services as those directly referred to this organization.
