Service Description

Provides direct support to families and individuals with FASD through one-on-one assistance and case management.

  • Works to clarify short-term goals and determine a plan to reach these goals.
  • Helps identify strategies for success at home, school and work as well as advocate for services and awareness of FASD.

Eligibility

Individuals living with FASD and their families. No diagnosis needed.
