Service Description

Offers two family violence programs:

Family Violence Intervention (FVI)

  • Provides counselling services to help limit the negative impacts of family violence.
  • Offered to individuals with unique circumstances, those who require immediate intervention for their personal safety, and ongoing support for all those experiencing violence in their family relationships.

Family Intervention Rapid Support Team (FIRST)

  • Provides support to families experiencing turmoil across west central Saskatchewan with the goal of lowering the likelihood of family violence and reducing demand for emergency services.
  • Intervention focused, but also intensive ongoing support to families to reduce the risk of future violence.

Eligibility

Families experiencing violence of any kind.
