Service Description
Provides intensive in-home support to families and children so they may achieve the following goals and objectives:
- Ensure the safety of children
- Maintain the family whenever safe and possible
- Ensure the healthy reunification of children with their families whenever safe and possible.
Eligibility
Families struggling with caring for their children, families with children in care of the ministry, and high risk youth and families.
