Service Description
Provides confidential, harm reduction-based supports to families who are facing a multitude of barriers which put them at high risk for interventions from the Ministry of Social Services. Offers in-home and community supports, including:
- Transportation
- Emotional Support
- Safety Planning
- Advocacy
- Referrals.
Eligibility
No restrictions.
Application Process
Families can self refer for support or can be referred by other community supports or their child protection worker.
