Service Description
Six-week group therapy program for youth who experience symptoms of anxiety and depression. The group will include an introduction to anxiety and depression and tools for developing coping strategies. Additional topics include mindfulness, assertiveness and self-regulation. No fee.
Eligibility
Ages 12 to 18.
