Service Description
Offers two support groups for individuals who have experienced intimate partner violence or family violence.
- INSIGHT – Women’s Support Group – Offers a nine-session group for survivors that encourages growth and healing after suffering the impacts of intimate partner or family violence. This is a closed group to promote connection and trust between participants. Pre-registration is required. Visit the website for more information.
- CONNECT – Support for All – A safe environment for connecting with others, with the main goal of giving and receiving support for all who have experienced intimate partner and/or family violence. The format alternates between times of sharing, information sessions, discussion nights, guest speakers, and creative expression nights. Pre-registration is not required, unless wanting to attend by Zoom. Visit the website for more information.
