Service Description
Provides support for older adults who may be experiencing any of the following:
- physical abuse
- emotional abuse
- unfair access to their home, money, or belongings
- improper demands and control
- denying care
- being kept in isolation and more.
Program offers:
- Home visits
- Safety planning
- Advocacy
- Help navigating legal systems
- Practical supports
- Supportive check-ins
- Consultation for concerned family members, friends or service provider
- Referrals
- Community education regarding abuse of older adults.
