Service Description
Provides in-person counselling services for individuals, couples, and families. Helps people deal with a wide range of life events, including:

Also offers THRIVE Rapid Access Counselling (free, quick access, in-person or virtual mental health services) is available through Family Service Regina via Counselling Connect Saskatchewan. Visit the website to book an appointment.
NOTE: Family Service Regina’s team of highly trained counsellors have master’s level qualifications (or equivalent), extensive experience, and utilize a diverse range of research-based, trauma-informed approaches. All counsellors are registered under a professional counselling membership body.
Eligibility
Provides counselling for individuals, couples, and families. NOTE: Children 5 and older can attend counselling but they recommend parents attend and come up with a plan to collaboratively with their counsellor to see whether counselling is the best fit for their child.

Urgent Situation
Call Mobile Crisis Services at 306-757-0127 or proceed to the nearest emergency room.
Fees
THRIVE Rapid Access Counselling is available free of charge.
Private-pay counselling sessions are $150 per appointment, payable at the time of service. Family Service Regina provides receipts for insurance reimbursement but does not offer direct billing. Sliding scale options are available to ensure financial barriers do not prevent access to support.
