Service Description
Provides counselling services for individuals, couples, and families. Helps people deal with a wide range of life events from coping with daily pressures, like job loss or relationship problems – to addressing mental health issues and breaking intergenerational cycles of abuse. All counsellors have master’s level training, numerous years of experience and work from a variety of research and trauma-informed approaches. All counsellors are registered under a professional counselling membership body.

Provides counselling for individuals, couples, and families.
Application Process
Call 306-757-6675 and request to speak with the Intake Counsellor.
Fees
Calculated on a sliding-fee scale. Some programs are subsidized with no direct cost to the client. Nobody will be turned away due to lack of funds.
