Service Description
Provides basic techniques to diffuse, constructively cope with, and manage behaviour and anger more effectively. Pre-registration is required.
Eligibility
Contact for information. Must have a computer, laptop, or tablet with access to the internet. If using a phone, the Zoom application will need to be downloaded.
Application Process
Call reception at 306-757-6675 to register. Registration can be completed over phone with credit card, or in person via credit, debit, or cash.
Fees
$120 per person.
If subsidy is needed to cover cost, contact the Intake/Education Coordinator to discuss if this is an option.
Some Employee Assistance Program plans cover the cost of registration.
