Service Description
Online workshop that introduces practical skills to strengthen relationships, increase cooperation and respond to strong emotional reactions, including expressions of worry, anger, hopelessness, even silence. Parents and caregivers will learn to navigate and guide their loved ones experiencing big feelings, emotional dysregulation and/or mental health issues.
NOTE: Program is offered at no cost for Saskatchewan residents who are supporting someone with disordered eating or an eating disorder (family, siblings, friends, teachers). Also a self-paced online caregiver workshop will be available soon.
Eligibility
Parents and caregivers of a someone with an eating disorder.
