Eugenie Lavallee Memorial Scholarship

Eligibility

- Must be attending full time studies within the current academic year at a recognized Saskatchewan post-secondary educational program in the areas of: Social Work, Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing, Addictions Counselling and Youth Care Worker (with a special interest in Holistic Wellness, Addictions, Mental Health)

- Preference will be given to First Nation students who are members of the File Hills Qu’Appelle or Touchwood Agency Tribal Councils

Documents Required

- Copy of official transcripts as proof of successful academic standing.
- One page written statement of how you are personally role modeling a healthy lifestyle and share your future goals in the promotion of personal and community wellness.
- Monthly budget as consideration will be given based on financial need.
- Two letters of reference - one character, one professional.
