Service Description
Provides Criminal Record Checks, Vulnerable Sector (if required), fingerprinting, and Commissioner of Oaths for people residing in the City of Estevan. Applications can be done in-person or online. Visit the website for more information.
Eligibility
Individuals must reside in the City of Estevan.
Application Process
In-person and online.
Documents Required
Must have two pieces of government-issued identification (one with full date of birth and photograph). Also, may be required to have a letter from the volunteer organization. Volunteers will be required to submit a "Volunteer Letter" from the organization seeking assistance. This letter must be on original letterhead with original signature from the organization representative.

Criminal Record Check - $40
Fingerprints - $55 Single Fingerprint - $10
Visa Application - $40
Commissioner of Oaths - $20
NOTE: If you require fingerprinting, cash is required.
