Service Description
- The English for Employment (E4E) program assists newcomers to Saskatchewan to develop English language skills and knowledge of Canadian workplace culture needed to advance in the provincial labour market
- Participants improve their English language skills, allowing them to function safely in the SK Labour Market
- Participants connect to the broader community and social networks
- Participants find and retain employment compatible with their training, knowledge, skills and experience
- Participants are aware of information, resources, tools, and services to support their transition into the workplace, society and inclusive communities

- Preparing a Resume, Job Search and Interview Skills

- Starting a Business in Saskatchewan
Eligibility
Newcomer to Saskatchewan (individual who was not born in Canada) 18 years of age or older Temporary residents of the province who are eligible to work in Canada, Permanent Residents, or recent Canadian citizens Unemployed or employed fewer than 32 hours a week on a regular basis, or employed full-time but unable to practice a regulated occupation for which they are foreign trained Learners who have a goal to find work or, if employed, increase their hours of work, or find work more suitable to their foreign training and experience Have been assessed according to the Canadian Language Benchmark National Placement Guidelines with a CLB of 4 or higher
