Service Description
Provides a 16-week paid employment program for immigrant and newcomer youth, including:
- 4 weeks of in-class training
- 12 weeks of quality work placement
Supports participants with:
- Career planning and occupation information
- Job search techniques
- Resume and cover letter preparation
- Interview practice and workplace readiness
- Applying for and maintaining employment
Eligibility
- Youth 15–30 years of age (inclusive)
- Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or refugees
- Legally entitled to work in Canada under federal/provincial regulations
- CLB 5 or higher
