Service Description
Offers participants the chance to learn, explore career options, obtain training certificates, meet people with similar interests, and work towards accomplishing personal goals.
- Learning Pathway – learn more about yourself, explore career options, improve your workplace skills and become employment ready.
- Workplace Experience Pathway – Four month program that provides work experience to people who have had a hard time finding or keeping a job for a long period of time. Enhances employability skills, provides support and coaching, and decreases barriers to employment.
- Employment Transitions Pathway (only open to program participants) – Provides COS (Creating Opportunities Strategy) program graduates an opportunity to stay connected to the food bank and learning center.

Eligibility
Adults experiencing barriers to employment for any number of reasons. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
