Service Description
Six week program that focuses on building employment skills and work experience. Includes in-class sessions, work assesments, and work placements. Designed for 18 years and older.
Provides group learning and one-on-one coaching to support participants to prepare for employment or further education. Life skills topics include building positive relationships, increasing self-awareness and confidence, communication, nutrition, and managing money.
Eligibility
Individuals facing multiple barriers to entering the workforce.
Includes persons involved in street prostitution, including sexually exploited youth and youth at risk (at risk usually means exposed to an environment of one or more of: heightened violence, drugs/alcohol, high unemployment rates, leaving school without learning, early and risky sexual behaviors), as well as other street involved people.
