Service Description
Provides services to enhance the employability and job readiness of individuals with disabilities and/or multiple barriers, in order to facilitate their transition to sustainable employment:
- Employer Services – offers temporary wage subsidies to offset training costs and provide ongoing employer and client support towards long-term employment.
- Job Coaching – helps the client with onboarding, job maintenance and increased client independence.
Eligibility
Job seekers who are 16 years or older with a disability and/or multiple barriers.
