Service Description
Provides services to enhance the employability and job readiness of individuals with multiple barriers in order to facilitate their transition to sustainable employment:
- Employer Services – offers temporary wage subsidies to offset training costs and provide ongoing employer and client support towards long-term employment
- Job Coaching – helps the client with onboarding, job maintenance and increased client independence
