Service Description
Employability coaches work with individuals to:
- identify a career path and how to get there
- identify barriers to success
- construct a resume and cover letter that matches your employment goals
- prepare for the job interview
- learn strategies to ensure job sustainability
Employability Coaching is for those who are:
- wanting to move out of a job into a career
- frustrated with not being able to find a job, the coach will help you to build on your strengths and overcome barriers to success
Eligibility
Adults 18+ who are:
- in search of a career and don't know where to start
- wanting to work on job interview skills
- looking to ensure job sustainability
- wanting to move out of a job and into a career
