Service Description

Sells the Medic Alert custom-engraved bracelet or necklace engraved with your most urgent medical needs, your special MedicAlert ID number, and the 24-hour Emergency Hotline for first responders to call. Visit website for details.

Membership assistance provides partial or full financial assistance for MedicAlert IDs and service plans for eligible applicants.

No Child Without helps ensure kids, aged four – 14 receive free MedicAlert protection.

Autism Program helps emergency responders and police identify people with autism, tells them about their condition and helps them give timely and customized care. Family Notification Service quickly notifies caregivers and family of individuals with autism, to let them know the situation and whereabouts of their loved one.

First Nations program, together with Health Canada’s Non-Insured Health Benefits Program (NIHB) provides financial assistance to First Nations and Inuit families and communities for MedicAlert ID and lifetime service.

Eligibility

Persons with a health condition or special medical need that should be known in the event of an emergency.
