Service Description
Wildfire Information:
- Support for 2025 Evacuees: visit the SPSA website and select your community for information on evacuation supports available. If your community is not listed or you have more questions, call the SK Wildfire Inquiry Line (1-855-559-5502, available Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm).
- If you have evacuated from your community, you need to register yourself and your family with either the SPSA or the Canadian Red Cross (CRC), depending which organization is supporting your community

If the SPCA is supporting your community, register using the Sask Evac Web Application to receive evacuation support. This application helps residents who have been relocated stay connected to their communities. The Sask Evac App also provides their leadership with essential information.
The Canadian Red Cross is supporting evacuated members of Lac La Ronge Indian Band and Peter Ballantyne Cree Nation. Visit the website for information on accessing in-person support (in Prince Albert and Saskatoon) and registering by phone.

- SPSA Emergency Response Map
- Provincial Disaster Assistance Program (PDAP) – May help cover the cost of uninsurable essential losses, cleanup, repairs and temporary relocation.
Families or individuals experiencing a personal disaster can reach out to the Canadian Red Cross for support for up to 72 hours.
NOTE: Most emergencies within Saskatchewan are managed at the local level first – usually by fire, police and emergency management. The SPSA can provide emergency food, clothing and shelter at the request of communities that are experiencing an emergency or crisis.
