Service Description

Offers mental health workshops to community organizations, businesses and schools. These workshops teach participants the skills and tools they need to identify mental health issues, effective communication skills, healthy relationships and more, and point them towards resources they can use to build their skills.

Also offer presentations on work-life balance, dealing with conflict, effective communication, coping strategies, building resilience and more. Custom presentations are available.

Organizations, businesses and schooling wanting to learn more about mental health.
