Service Description
Provides in-home care and support to help individuals 16+ years maintain independence, including:
- Accompanied visits to shopping, medical appointments, personal engagements, events, and more
- Bathing/showering assistance
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Foot care
- Medication assistance
- Exercise support and walking assistance
- Housekeeping
- Laundry
- Meal preparation
- Companionship at home and in the community
- Grocery shopping
- De-cluttering and Organizing.
