Service Description

Provides client centered care for individuals with cognitive disabilities such as FASD, and/or acquired brain injuries.  The program offers day to day support in:

  • Education
  • Employment
  • Domestic Violence
  • Household Management
  • Money Management
  • Life Skills
  • Personal Hygiene
  • Coping and Problem Solving

In-home visits, in-house groups and sessions, and goal orientated transportation is offered.

 

Eligibility

Adults with cognitive disabilities such as FASD, and/or acquired brain injuries.
