Service Description
Offers individual and group art therapy sessions in person (Saskatoon), online, and through outreach for all ages and concerns.
- Registered and insured with the Canadian Art Therapy Association.
- Art therapy is a counselling method to explore issues using the creative process that does not rely on words for someone to experience benefits, which is especially helpful for someone who finds it difficult to explain or describe complex experiences, emotions, and thoughts.
- Individual and group art therapy sessions can be delivered no matter the location (such as long-term care facilities, hospitals, schools, homes, and more).
- Online video art therapy is delivered through PIHPA and HIPPA secure connections.
Eligibility
All ages from 2 years - older adults.
