Service Description
Provides intensive in-home supports and after care support to families who were residents of the Coming Home Programs, such as Infinity House, Pritchard House, Niwaapatahaanik and Trotchie Home.
Works with the family to support parents and children with a philosophy of building on strengths, supporting families to address challenges, helping to keep the family unit intact, and ensuring the safety and well-being of children.
Eligibility
Families who were residents of the Coming Home Programs, such as Infinity House, Pritchard House, Niwaapatahaanik and Trotchie Home.
Application Process
Referral from case managers from the homes.
