Support and Services

Provides individuals with an opportunity to connect with people who know what it’s like to be affected by Crohn’s or Colitis. Connects people with members of the the Crohn’s and Colitis Canada team and others affected by these diseases to get advice, emotional support and information.

• Crohn’s and Colitis Connect – An online community that brings people together to share experiences, ask others about theirs, and get support while navigating the ups and downs of Crohn’s and Colitis.
• Peer Connect Events – Drop-in, online group calls to connect with others affected by Crohn’s and Colitis. Provides a space to share experiences and get advice.
• Find a Local Community – Local Crohn’s and Colitis Canada chapters are a great way to connect with people in your community and get access to local programming and events.
