Service Description
The co-operative offers:
- One and two-bedroom units with balconies
- Elevator
- Security entrance
- Free parking for one car
- Free laundry on each floor
- Power, heat, and water included
- Lounge, shuffle board, and treadmill.
Eligibility
Healthy adults ages 55+ years, who do not smoke or own pets.
Application Process
Request and submit an application form.
Fees
Membership - Application must be accompanied by a $25.00 non-refundable application fee. The application will be kept on file for two years. When a unit becomes available, applicants will be interviewed and approved by the Board. Successful applicants will then purchase membership in Crestview Housing Co-operative for $500.00.
