Service Description

Provides non resident members access to special needs equipment (wheelchairs, therapeutic beds and mattresses prescribed by a family physician, etc.) when all other resources have been exhausted.

The equipment remains the property of the Cowessess First Nation and is to be returned to the band office when no longer required.

Eligibility

Cowessess First Nation band members living in urban Regina.

Application Process

Band membership required, an application form must be filled out and the required documentation for program submitted.
