Service Description
Provides counselling services for individuals, couples, and families. Helps people deal with a wide range of life events from coping with daily pressures, like job loss or relationship problems to addressing mental health issues and breaking intergenerational cycles of abuse. THRIVE Rapid Access Counselling (free, quick access, in-person or virtual mental health services) is available through Family Service Regina via Counselling Connect Saskatchewan. Visit the website to book an appointment.
NOTE: All counsellors have master’s level training, numerous years of experience and work from a variety of research and trauma-informed approaches. All counsellors are registered under a professional counselling membership body.
Eligibility
Provides counselling for individuals, couples, and families. NOTE: Children 5 and older can attend counselling but they recommend parents attend and come up with a plan to collaboratively with their counsellor to see whether counselling is the best fit for their child.

Fees
Calculated on a sliding-fee scale. Some programs are subsidized with no direct cost to the client. Nobody will be turned away due to lack of funds.
