Provides in-person and virtual counselling for individuals, couples and families. Utilizes a combination of body-mind and emotion-focused approaches and helps with issues such as:

- Family of origin issues
- Self-Esteem
- Medical and dental-related anxiety

- Post-traumatic stress and PTSD
- Life transitions
- Specializes in surgical preparation.
