Service Description
Provides counselling for individuals, couples and families on issues such as:
- Relationships
- Personal Issues
- Family Issues
- Addictions (assessment/recovery/relapse prevention)
- Depression and Anxiety
- Domestic Violence
- First Nations issues
- Grief and Loss
- Stress Management
- Separation/Divorce
- Self Esteem
- Trauma/Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
Also offers Rapid Access Counselling and Child and Youth Rapid Access Counselling, which is a one time/drop-in counselling support service offered at no-cost. Appointments available in Gravelbourg, Assiniboia, Moose Jaw or virtual. Book through Counselling Connect.
NOTE: All counsellors are registered with a provincial regulatory body.
Eligibility
Access to counselling services can be by self-referral, employer referrals, physicians, or mental health and addictions referrals.
Application Process
By appointment only. Counselling is on a first come first serve basis. Email referrals@mjfamilyservices.ca or call intake at 306-631-3775.
Fees
Fees on a sliding scale to facilitate anyone regardless of financial situation to access counselling services.
