Service Description
Provides a community-wide system that connects individuals and families experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness in Saskatoon to housing and supports.
- Community agencies serve as access points where trained staff complete intake and assessment, and add clients (with consent) to the By-Name List.
- These agencies do not provide shelter intake directly but act as connection sites to the Coordinated Access system.
Referrals to housing and supports are made from the By-Name List as resources become available.
Visit the website for more information.
