CONGRATULATORY MESSAGES FROM HIS MAJESTY THE KING

* 60th and over wedding anniversary at 5 years intervals (a copy of the marriage certificate or, a sworn affidavit as to the date of marriage or, a dated newspaper clipping of a previous celebration, or a letter from the parish is required.
* 70th and over wedding anniversary, every year
* 100th and over birthday message, every year (a copy of the birth certificate or, the Old Age Security Number or, a sworn affidavit as to the date of birth or, a letter from the parish or, a dated newspaper clipping of a previous celebration is required)

CONGRATULATORY MESSAGES FROM THE GOVERNOR GENERAL

* 50th and over wedding anniversary at 5 years interval
* 90th and over birthday at 5 years interval

** An 8 weeks notice is required. If no proof is provided, a request can be sent by email, otherwise, the request must be sent either by fax or mailed to the following address:

CONGRATULATORY MESSAGES FROM THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR

* Birthdays of 90 or more
* Wedding anniversaries of 50 years or more
