- Birthdays – Individuals celebrating their 100th and 105th birthday and every year thereafter
- Weddings – Couples celebrating their 60th, 65th, 70th wedding anniversary and every year thereafter.
NOTE: Requests must be made six to twelve weeks before the event. Proof of age or length of marriage is needed.

- Birthdays – Canadians who are 90 years of age or older at 5 year intervals
- Weddings – Canadian couples who have been married 50 years or more at 5 year intervals.

- Birthdays – Canadian celebrating their 65th birthday and up at 5 year intervals. At 100th birthday, people can receive a congratulatory certificate every year thereafter
- Weddings – Canadian couples celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary and up at 5 year intervals.
NOTE: Only Canadian citizens may receive a congratulatory certificate from the Prime Minister. Send a request at least six weeks before the event.
CONGRATULATORY CERTIFICATES AND GREETINGS FROM THE PREMIER OF SASKATCHEWAN
Sends congratulatory letters to people with significant birthdays and wedding anniversaries.
- Birthdays – Individuals celebrating a birthday at 50 and then every 5 years thereafter. An acknowledgement can be made every year after 100.
- Weddings – Canadian couples celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary and up at 5 year intervals, and every anniversary starting at 50.
